I went around my community where I lived and was looking for an image that could resonate within me as a scene of tranquility, and I was awed by the expanse of the docks over the coastal environment. To me it symbolizes a pride in the way humanity is able to adapt and overcome obstacles, as the water bends around the erected structure of the docks, as well as demonstrating my appreciation for the water and its influence, which lures countless people to aquatic activities.
