The game used to create the image, War Thunder, recently added the F-105 thunderchief into the game. The F-105 served a major role during the early to mid days of the Vietnam war, and I wanted to create something interesting while showing some respect to the legendary jet. Using Nvidia Ansel to take special screenshots, I was able to create a small story about a Thud pilot supporting friendly ground units and getting in a dogfight with the enemy. It’s not much, but I wanted to tell a story about an aircraft that doesn’t get as much respect as it should.
