Project Description:
this was a project for marine biology where i wrote a children's story about issues in the marine environment. using the powerpoint app, i created a book effect complete with page flipping transitions in the presentation mode. to enhance the book effect, i split each slide with a black line to indicate different pages, added page numbers and book markers. for each page, i used a variety of images downloaded using creative commons. Additionally, i used the shape section to draw seaweed. finally, i inserted narration and sound effects using royalty free sound downloads.
Project Directions:
when in presentation mode, observe the "page flipping" transition. also, there are sound effects attached to each page.
