The Surfer Tribute
Project Description:
I have entered a picture of a family friend performing the blowing of a conch shell, or Pū Kani, at a celebration of life. Taking a picture at a funeral can capture a significant moment, preserve memories, or document the event for the family and friends. Entering this photograph in Media Expo could be a way to showcase the emotional depth and storytelling aspect of the photo. It could also be an opportunity to receive feedback from professionals and potentially gain recognition for your work. The family of the person who sadly passed away will be able to have this picture forever to remember the legacy that will be forever carried on, as well as the memorable life they lived. To create this photo I used my Rebal Canon T7, as well as Adobe Lightroom. The significant editing that I used was changing the exposure, contrast, highlights as well as developing the detail.
